A creative kid at heart from a small village. I've been an Eagle Scout for 23 years — an experience that shaped my empathy, sense of responsibility, and ease when working with diverse teams.

I started out as a developer, which gave me a first-hand appreciation for what technical teams go through. That foundation, combined with a genuine passion for people, led me into a People Partner role — where I focus on bridging technical excellence with human-centric strategy.

Now I'm channeling that intersection of technical literacy and people intuition toward Product Management — where understanding both the humans building the product and the humans using it is everything.
